Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 47 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Provider Cancellations: If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to prepaid sessions and services.

  • Packages and multi-session purchases may be eligible for partial refunds if unused sessions remain, subject to an administrative fee.

  • Digital products, online courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us at jenn@heardsolutions.ca with your booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
