Heard Solutions offers mediation, counselling, and consulting services specializing in family conflict resolution, reunification, health-related interventions, and autoimmune counselling. Our services are intended to provide guidance and support but do not replace legal, medical, or psychological advice.


2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You also agree to provide accurate information when booking services.


3. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court orders). We prioritize privacy and take reasonable measures to protect your information.


4. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or designated platform.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Code of Conduct
Users agree to engage respectfully with our mediators and counsellors. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services.


7. Limitation of Liability
Heard Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume responsibility for their decisions and actions based on our guidance.


8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and branding on our website, is the property of Heard Solutions and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
